Terms of Service
These terms govern Roadready subscriptions and use of the AI practice workspace.
Roadready is not an official examination body, is not affiliated with any official agency, provides no real exam questions and makes no pass guarantee. It does not replace a licensed instructor or practical test.
The service
Roadready is online-only subscription software that creates original theory practice, road-sign drills, Driver CPC scenarios, hazard explanations, diagrams, videos and study plans. It does not supply physical goods or in-person services.
Eligibility and minors
You must be at least 13. Users aged 13–17 may use Roadready only with a parent or guardian's permission. The payer confirms authority to use the selected payment method.
Account responsibilities
- Provide accurate contact and billing information.
- Keep access links and credentials secure.
- Use the service only for lawful personal learning.
- Tell support promptly about unauthorised access or billing concerns.
Subscriptions and USD billing
Paid plans renew monthly or yearly in USD until cancelled. Plan allowances reset each billing period and do not roll over. Roadready does not sell top-ups, stored value or purchasable credit packs. Taxes may be applied where required.
Cancellation
Cancel renewal through the secure billing portal. Access continues until the end of the paid period unless access is suspended for material misuse. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
AI outputs
Outputs may be incomplete, outdated or wrong. You must check them against the current Highway Code, syllabus and official sources. Do not use output as practical driving instruction, legal advice, certification, examination answers or proof of competence.
Acceptable conduct
The Acceptable Use Policy forms part of these Terms. We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address security, illegal activity, rights infringement, cheating, harmful use or attempts to present Roadready content as official.
Content and licence
The Content License explains ownership of user input, generated content and Roadready materials. You remain responsible for having rights to all input and for reviewing output before use.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted generation or provider availability. We may make proportionate changes for security, law, provider capability or product improvement while preserving paid users' core subscription value.
Liability
Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Subject to that, Roadready is not liable for exam outcomes, decisions made without official verification, unsafe practical conduct or indirect losses. For paid service claims, aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months where lawful.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, without removing mandatory consumer protections or rights to bring a claim in a consumer's country where applicable. Contact support first so we can try to resolve the issue.
