Your input

You keep ownership of text you submit. You confirm you have the rights and permissions needed to submit it. You grant Roadready and its processors a limited, worldwide licence to host, copy, transform and transmit the input only to operate, secure, support and improve the requested service.

Generated output

As between you and Roadready, and to the extent permitted by law, you may use generated practice content for personal or internal learning. AI output may not qualify for copyright protection and may be similar to output created for others. Roadready does not promise exclusivity or freedom from third-party rights.

Practice notices

Practice-aid and not-official notices form part of the output context. You may reformat personal notes, but you must not remove or obscure notices to imply official status, real exam provenance, approval, certification or guaranteed outcomes.

Roadready materials

Roadready retains rights in the service, design, brand, software, original editorial images, policy text, selection and arrangement. A subscription grants a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service under the Terms; it does not transfer platform ownership.

Restricted reuse

• Do not resell generated packs as official courseware or examination banks.
• Do not use output to train, benchmark or build a competing model or dataset without written permission.
• Do not reproduce third-party protected material that appears accidentally; report it to support for review.
• Do not use output for practical instruction, legal conclusions, certification or proof of competence.

Caching, retention and deletion

Input, output and generation references may be cached for up to 90 days for workspace access, exports, security and support. Users may request earlier deletion through support, subject to transaction, dispute, legal and security records that must be retained. Provider operational caches may follow their own shorter technical cycles.

Feedback

If you voluntarily suggest an interface or feature improvement, you grant Roadready a non-exclusive, perpetual right to use that suggestion without payment. Feedback should not contain confidential or personal information.
